Meeting was based on non-formal based activities, and the main aim of the meeting is to review the plan of the project activities, set communication rules, review plans for visibility and
dissemination period and especially focused on the development and launching of the online platform.

|Opening of the Seminar, Presentation of the Programme and Project Blocks, Getting to Know Participants Needs and Expectations.||Interactive presentation through which the participants will get more familiar with the project flow and the main topics and issues of the seminar. The next step will be getting to know participants needs and interests towards this seminar.|
|15:30 – 18:00||Working with NEETs: What We Do? How this project respond on the needs of the organizations.||The participants their work in the field of NEETs. Main aim of the activity is to strengthen the understanding on the key terms and concepts covered and to provide the participants an opportunity to become more familiar with the situation in participants countries. Each organization will have also possibility to reflect on the project in framework of their work to ensure that the project activities fits to their on-going activities with NEETs.|
|18:00 – 19:00||Evening Closing||The days of the seminar will be closed by session given the opportunity to reflect on the day, to ensure that all the planned issues were tackled and if needed to adjust agenda of upcoming day.|
|10:00 – 13:30||Reviewing the Plan of Upcoming Activities, Division of Tasks and Responsibilities among the Partners.||Presentation of planned mobility activities. In case of each activity the tasks and responsibilities of the partners will be discussed and reviewed with aim to ensure that each partners fully understands its roles and it is familiar with the future steps.|
|15:00 – 18:00||Working on Online Platform||One of the key outputs of the meeting will be draft of the online platform. This session will focus on presentation of the existing draft and working on its development.|
|18:00 – 19:00||Evening Closing|
|10:00 – 13:30||Working on Online Platform Continues, the Final Draft Presented||Participants finalize their work on online platform and final document that will be shared ad discussed within the organization is presented.|
|15:00 – 18:00||Ensuring Impact: Discussion on Visibility and Dissemination Activities, Plans of the Partner Organizations, set indicators.||The terms of impact, visibility, dissemination are reviewed and discuss in way to ensure that the participants share the same understanding. Each partner will create their plan for visibility and dissemination activities. And the participants will set the indicators measuring the impact of the project and its impact.|
|18:00 – 19:00||Evening Closing|
|10:00 – 15:00||Project Practicalities: Communication Strategy, Monitoring and Evaluation of the Project Activities, Financial Issues.||The participants will focus on communication strategy to ensure that in on-going period the communication related to project activities, issues will go smoothly. The participants will create the plans for monitoring and evaluating the project activities including report forms on mobility activities.
Financial and budget issues will be discussed and financial monitoring established.
|16:00 – 18:00||Final Evaluation. Closing Seminar.||Participants will take part in several evaluation activities that will provide them an opportunity to provide a feedback to each other (sharing the last words, writing an messages) as to reflect on the project and its activities by filling in final evaluation form that will include several open and close questions providing the participants an opportunity to share feedback on the project practicalities as on program. Gather feedback will be afterwards shared with the project team and all involved partners. Last step of the training course will be giving Youth Pass certificates to the Participants.|
