The first 7-days TRAINING COURSE focused on strengthening the understanding of the NEETs as group that includes young people facing various challenges, developing competencies of the participants to implemented projects under Erasmus + Programme, supporting tools and sharing lessons learned across the participants countries. Part of the program of the first mobility activity  also focused on developing of new tools that can be applied at the work with NEETs.

Day 1

10:00 – 13:30

Opening of the TC, Establishing Open and Safe Working Atmosphere, Presentation of the Programme and Project Blocks, Getting to Know Participants Learning Needs and Interests, Creating Group Contract through Discussions and Team Work. Participants will take part in several name game and ice breaking activities implemented with goal to provide an opportunity to break the barriers between the participants and give them an opportunity to get to know more about their personal and professional backgrounds. After will follow interactive presentation through which the participants will get more familiar with the project flow and the main topics and issues of the training course. The next step will be getting to know participants’ needs and interests through various art based methods. The last step will be creating the group contract that will reflect the discussion about the basic rules and its establishing will close the first part of the program.
15:30 – 18:00 Working as One Team – Team building Activity that will include as indoor as outdoor activities and that will give the participants an opportunity to get to know each other better and get to know better insights about each other previous experiences in the area of working with NEETs as about expectations towards the training course. Participants will be divided into several mix-intercultural groups with goal to support interaction in the team. Together they will take part in several outdoor and indoor activities that will include elements of teamwork, communicating or leadership and will provide the participants a space for interaction and getting to know each other. Moreover, it will be also an opportunity for the participants to get to know the project venue and the surroundings.
18:00 – 19:00 Reflection Groups: Focus on the role of YouthPass and Key Learning Competencies Each day of the training course will be closed by reflection session. During the session the participants will have space to reflect on their learning process and development of their learning competencies. During this first reflection the participants will develop their understanding of the YouthPass and key learning competencies through sharing and discussions in small groups.

DAY 2
10:00 – 13:30 Who are NEETs? Exploring the Key Terms, Concepts, Key Elements of Working with NEETs and Getting to Know the Realities in Participants Countries. Firstly, the participants will participate in interactive presentation and discussion that will provide them an opportunity to get to know more about the key terms connected with working with NEETs. Secondly, the teams of participants will deliver presentations that will be describing realities of working with NEETs in their countries. Energizer, through interactive presentation the participants will get familiar with the key terms connected with NEETs.  After each group of participants will deliver presentations in various form e.g. by using photo story, by creating short video clip that will provide others an opportunity to get to know more about participation in their countries. The first bloc will be close up by identifying the key elements of work with NEETs and identifying the key challenges that work with NEETs brings.
15:00 – 18:00 Working with NEETs: Focus on Motivation – Simulation Activity; Facing the Challenges connected with motivating NEETs to get involved in activities delivered by non-governmental organizations, Can Peer to Peer Approach be an Answer? Energizer. Through simulation activity the participants will have an opportunity to gain better understanding of the daily realities of NEETs and the obstacles that they are facing. After debriefing on the simulation the participants will be divided in several mix-intercultural teams. Each team will receive case study describing story of a person belonging to NEETs and the participants will have task to brainstorm and come up with the ideas how to motivate this person to take part in various non-formal based activities.

The session will be close by debate on possibilities that provides peer to peer approach. Participants will share their experiences with peer to peer approach and reflect on the obstacles that prevent them to include peers in the activities with NEETs.

18:00 – 19:00 Reflection Groups Participants divided in several smaller groups are reflecting on the day and their learning achievements. Practicalities of the project can be discussed as well.
DAY 3
10:00 – 13:30 Working on Developing Individual Competencies of the Participants Needed when Working with NEETs: Focus on improving participants team work, leadership and problem solving competencies. Energizer, participants will take part in activities focused on improving their teamwork and leadership competencies that they can apply at their work with young people facing many obstacles and challenges. After each activity will follow debriefing that will give the participants an opportunity to provide feedback and also reflect on the ways how this activity can be implemented at their daily work.
15:00 – 18:00 Working on Developing Individual Competencies of the Participants Needed While Working With NEETs: Focus on improving participants competencies to use visualization as was of sharing information and raising awareness. Energizer, interactive presentation of key elements of visualization. Theoretical introduction to the concept with aim to raise understanding of the participants on effective ways of using it. After theoretical introduction follows practical work in mix-intercultural teams. During the work, the participants by themselves work on visualization and are gaining practical skills in this area.
18:00 – 19:00 Reflection Groups Participants divided in several smaller groups are reflecting on the day and their learning achievements. Practicalities of the project can be discussed as well.
ICL Night – interactive presentations prepared by participants themselves, Part 2. Participants will organize and implement second ICL night that will give them an opportunity to learn more about the customs and traditions of the participants’ countries.
DAY 4    
10:00 – 15:00 Working with NEETs in Practices: Field Visits and Exploring Local Practices Participants will have possibility to visit several organizations working with NEETs. They will have opportunity to meet with the staff of the organizations and discuss the daily realities of the work.
16:00 – 18:00 Reflection on the Visits and Discussion on Transferring the Practices Across Participants Countries. Discussion on the Issue of Adjusting the good working practices to local realities – it is even possible? After the visits the participants will discuss the day and especially reflect on the practices that they have an opportunity to experiences. They will take part in debate reflecting the possibilities of transferring one practice from one environment to other and the challenges connected with it. By end of the session the participants will create a list of tips for youth workers and leaders with aim to increase their abilities to implemented new practices in their working process.
18:00 – 19:00 Mid-term Evaluation In case of this reflection session participants will not be divided in several teams but they will be working individually. Firstly, they will be asked to reflect on their learning development so far. In next step they will be working in pairs and share their reflections, give each other feedback. Last step of the mid-term evaluation will be filling in written reflection form and reflecting on the programme of activities, work of the experts, arrangements of the practicalities.
DAY 5
10:00 – 13:30 Working with NEETs:  Getting to Know the Tools – the participants will have an opportunity to get familiar with the tools that they can apply in their communities when working with various groups representing NEETs. Special attention will be paid to the visualization during this session. Energizer, participants will be divided into several smaller groups when each group will have an opportunity to experience one tool that can be used while working with NEETs. After experiencing the tool directly, the participants will again gather and share their experiences. Next step will be reflection on the ways how these tools could be use in their realities while facing some specific challenges while working with different target groups belong to the NEETs group.
15:00 – 18:00 Open Space – the participants will have an opportunity to share with others their practices, tool and lessons learned as to choose and participate in several workshops that will be design to reflect on issues that will found especially interesting. This part of the program will consist several workshops/activities that will be running at the same time. The activities will be deliver by the experts as directly by these participants who express interest. For others it will be an opportunity to get to know different tools, methods and strength their competencies in various areas.

DAY 6
10: 00 – 13:30 Exploring Erasmus + Programme as a Platform Supported Activities Leading to Development of NEETs Potential, Discussion on YouthPass as instrument of recognition learning achievement of NEETs Energizer, the participants will take part in interactive presentation that will focus on Erasmus + Programme especially on Key Action 1 and Key Action 3, after the presentation the participants will take part in interactive quiz that will provide them an opportunity to gain better insight into Erasmus + as well as to share their experiences. Next step will be activities focus on Youth Pass through which the participants will increase their understanding of the key competencies of the Youth Pass as well as they will share their experiences with Youth Pass as reflect on the challenges that are connected with recognition of non-formal education. Special attention will be pay to the way how Youth Pass can be use in case of early drop outs.
15:00 – 18:00 New Ideas for  Local and International Activities Targeting NEETs – brainstorming and working on the ideas in project teams, reflecting on various challenges especially on the ways of involvement of young people into the process of creating new ideas and their implementation. Participants will be divided into several teams and based on their interests they will be working on future ideas for local and international projects. During the work they will have an opportunity to increase especially their project management skills as they will receive information about project management cycle as they will be ask to create SWOT analyse of their project idea. Next step will be presentation of new develop ideas and creating teams that will undertake the responsibilities connected with their implementation.
18:00 – 19:00 Reflection Groups.

DAY 7
Gathering Lessons Learned of Training Course for the Booklet of the project, Identifying the Future Steps to Be Taken Until Second Mobility. Energizer, the participants will be firstly take part in activities focus on gathering lessons learned as media materials (photos and videos) that will be used for creating products used for dissemination of the project results. Also, the participants will have an opportunity to agree with their team members on the way of communication in way that everyone fully understand their roles and responsibilities in the process of developing new project ideas created during the project.
Final Evaluation. Closing the Project. Participants will take part in several evaluation activities that will provide them an opportunity to provide a feedback to each other (sharing the last words, writing an messages) as to reflect on the project and its activities by filling in final evaluation form that will include several open and close questions providing the participants an opportunity to share feedback on the project practicalities as on program. Gather feedback will be afterwards shared with the project team and all involved partners. Last step of the training course will be giving Youth Pass certificates to the Participants.
