The second training course  focused on developing the competencies of the participants in the area of entrepreneurship to enable them to support development of entrepreneurial competencies of NEETs and fighting youth unemployment. Through this mobility the participants strengthened their theoretical understanding of entrepreneurship, explored practices across participating countries and also learned methods and techniques that organizations used at their work with NEETs.

Opening of the TC, Presentation of the Programme and Project Blocks, Reflecting on the Results of I. Activity and On-going Capacity Building Activities The project plan will be presented, the participants will share with others their feedback on first activity
15:30 – 18:00 Getting to Know the Realities of Hosting and Participating Countries – Interactive Presentations and Debate on the Key Terms of the TC – entrepreneurship and empowerment Energizer, each team representing one of the countries will contribute to the program by short presentation reflecting the country realities. Main aim of the presentation will be to introduce the practices of the organizations in the field of entrepreneurship and empowerment and share country practices in these areas. Debate on the key terms with aim to clarify them and create common understanding among the participants.
18:00 – 19:00 Reflection Groups Participants have a space to reflect on their learning process.
20:30 Presentation Night – Insight into Capacity Building Activities through Pictures and Videos
DAY 2
10:00 – 13:30 Entrepreneurship and Social Entrepreneurship: Exploring the Concept and Key Terms through presentations, discussions and sharing practices Energizer, participants receive several inputs from experts reflecting on the concept of entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship. Taking in consideration that entrepreneurship is being understand bit differently around Europe the participants will discuss and share examples from their practices.
15:00 – 18:00 Entrepreneurship and Social Entrepreneurship in Practice: The role of non-governmental organizations and other stakeholders in the process of supporting creating social enterprise – simulation and debate. Energizer, through the simulation participants will have an opportunity to reflect on the role of non-governmental organizations and other stakeholders in the process of creating supportive environment for creating enterprises. Moreover, the participants will also debate how to encourage cooperation among different stakeholders coming from the field of non-governmental organizations, labour or education with aim identify concrete steps that can be taken to strengthen cross sectorial cooperation.
18:00 – 19:00 Reflection Groups Participants divided in several smaller groups are reflecting on the day and their learning achievements. Practicalities of the project can be discussed as well.
DAY 3
10:00 – 13:30 Future Entrepreneur: Identifying competencies of future entrepreneur through work in intercultural teams. Energizer, participants will firstly through the discussion brainstorm all together list of competencies that needs to have each entrepreneur. Afterwards the participants will be divided in smaller intercultural teams and work on ideas of methods/tools/activities that could be implemented by non-governmental organizations and that could provide young people an opportunity to improve these competencies. By end of the session each team will share the results of their work and all participants will select several ideas which they find most useful on which they will work in second part of the day.
15:00 – 18:00 Working with Young People on Development needed competencies – working on new tools and activities that can be implemented with aim to develop entrepreneurial competencies Participants will work on development new tools and activities in mix intercultural teams. By end of this session each group will present the results of their work in way that other participants will have direct opportunity to try it in practice e.g.in case that the group is presenting new activity the participants will take part in the activity and after provide feedback on it with aim to improve it. Final part of the session will be space during which the participants will have an opportunity to work in national teams and discuss the ways how presented activities/tools could be implemented in their practices.

TED Night Participants are sharing inspiring stories connected entrepreneurship and working with NEETs.
DAY 4    
10:00 – 15:00 Entrepreneurship and Empowerment in Practices: Field Visits of organizations and institutions working in the field of entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship. Participants will visit several organizations and instructions during visits they will have an opportunity to interact with the staff of visited organization/institution, to get the conditions in which the organizations works, their practices. In each organization will be space for discussion, questions, exchanging ideas.
16:00 – 18:00 Reflection on the Visits through Discussion and Gathering Lessons Learned After coming back to project venue. Participants will be divided in several teams and each team will prepare short sum up on the visit – pointing out the key lessons learned, issues covered. After each team will present their findings and the participants will take part in discussion comparing the situation in their country with situation and conditions in Macedonia. Lessons learned will be gathered and share with wider public through the post on project blog and FB site
18:00 – 19:00 Mid-term Evaluation In case of this reflection session participants will not be divided in several teams but they will be working individually. Firstly, they will be asked to reflect on their learning development so far. In next step they will be working in pairs and share their reflections, give each other feedback. Last step of the mid-term evaluation will be filling in written reflection form and reflecting on the programme of activities, work of the experts, arrangements of the practicalities.
DAY 5
10:00 – 13:30 Empowerment: How to Empower Young People – exploring several online tools (including visualization) and activities. Energizer, participants will participate in several activities to have direct opportunity to directly experience them. After each activity focus on different elements of empowerment the participants will participate in discussion to reflect on aims and objectives of the activity, and ways how this activity could be implemented at their work e.g. how also this activity could be adjusted to specifics of their communities.
15:00 – 18:00 Empowerment of Young People with Fewer Opportunities – challenges and success stories. Energizer, in the first part of session the participants will identify the obstacles of empowerment of young people with fewer opportunities e.g. difficulties to access this specific group, lack of trust that these young people can have based on previous experiences. After identifying these obstacles, the participants will work in groups and brainstorm ideas how these obstacles could be overcome and which activities could be implemented to especially raise confidence young people with fewer opportunities and motivate them to take part in non-formal based activities giving new opportunities for self and professional development.

DAY 6
10: 00 – 13:30 Tool Fair:  Learning from Each Other. This part of the program will be based on open space technology that is supporting active involvement and participation of the participants. Each participant will have an opportunity to contribute to the program and share with others a tool that he/she is using at his/her work or lead a discussion on a issue that he/she finds interesting and applying. Several activities can be run at the same time thus the participants have an opportunity to choose an activity that they found the most interesting for them. Several various activities is running at the same time. Participants are taking part in activities reflecting their interests as they are implementing their own activities being supported by trainers. After all activities will follow closing round during which the participants will share their impressions from the activity and their learning discoveries.
15:00 – 18:00 Erasmus +: Working for Future – brainstorming ideas for future projects and creating working teams and plan for final part of the training course. Energizer, participants will experience several brainstorming activities that can be used in the process of creating new ideas, the main aim of these activities mostly working with methods used at creative writing will be to brainstorm many new ideas by using various inputs. Participants are reflecting on brainstorm ideas with goal to create project teams. In the process of creating working teams the participants are also guide to reflect especially on the needs of their local communities in connection with the ideas as the attention is paid to the practicalities and rules of Erasmus + Programme. After creating project teams, the participants are working on developing their ideas with support of the trainers.

DAY 7
10:00 – 13:30 Working on New Project Ideas Continues.   Participants continue to work on development their project idea in working teams. In this stage they will be also asked to prepare short presentation of their work and present it to others. Presentation will contain the key goal of the project, objectives and aims, target group, division of responsibilities among partners. After presenting each team will receive feedback from the project team and participants and will continue to work on the idea.
15:00 – 18:00 From Theory to Practice: How to overcome some specific issues/problems e.g. How to include young people with fewer opportunities? How to disseminate effectively the project results? Energizer, participants will reflect on several issues connected with developing application for Erasmus + Programme and practical implementation of the idea. Participants will discuss the issues/problems, brainstorm possible solutions and reflect on implementation new solutions in their practices.
18:00 – 19:00 Reflection Groups. Participants divided in several smaller groups are reflecting on the day and their learning achievements. Practicalities of the project can be discussed as well.
DAY 8
10:00 – 13:30 Finalizing the Work on New Project Ideas. Final Presentations in Working Teams. The teams will present their new project ideas in interactive way. After each presentation will follow feedback from the participants and the experts that will reflect on consistency of the project proposal as well as on the practicalities – composition of the partners, timeline of the project. After presentations each team will be ask to make SWOT analyse of their project idea and afterwards presented to one of the experts. After presenting SWOT analyse the team will create plan for implementing the idea where will be define the responsibilities and tasks of each team member.
15:00 – 18:00 Final Evaluation of the Training Course and Youth Pass Ceremony Several evaluation activities will be implemented to gather feedback of the participants on various aspects of the project. Firstly, the participants will be giving/receiving feedback to each other e.g. they will be writing messages in the final circle or share the last words. After they will be asked to fill in final evaluation forms that will include various questions – reflecting on practical aspects of the project as accommodation, meals, on project activities and on their own learning process. Final words from the project team. Participants will receive Youth Pass certificate in interactive way – each participant will have certificate of someone else and needs to give these certificate to the person together with sharing the last words reflecting how much he/she learn from this person during the training course.
