The seminar was build on the knowledge and experiences that the participants will gain during the training courses. The seminar provided space to share exchanges and explore methods, tools and techniques together to review the policies created to support NEETs. Final product of the seminar is set of recommendations targeting youth organizations and other stakeholders and aiming to develop the quality of services provided to NEETs.

Day 1

10:00 – 13:30

Opening of the Seminar, Presentation of the Programme and Project Blocks, Presentation of the Activities Implemented So Far The project plan will be presented, the participants will share with others their feedback on the activities being implemented so far.  Participants will debate possible obstacles that they might face during the process of implementation these activities as well as share good working practices.
15:30 – 18:00 Focus on Online Platform: How to Improve It? Does it Have Planned Impact? One of the key outputs of the project will be online platform. During this session, the platform will be presented. The participants will reflect on the challenges connected with promoting the platform especially among the representatives of other sectors. New ideas for ensuring impact of the platform will be shared.
18:00 – 19:00 Reflection Groups Participants have a space to reflect on development of the seminar.
10:00 – 13:30 NEETs in Focus: Analysing Existing Policies  Each national team will present existing practices that will be analysed with aim to identify the weak and strong points especially from cross-sectorial point of view.
15:00 – 18:00 NEETs in Focus: How to Improve the Policies? Which steps to take? The participants will work on mix-international teams. Their task will be to identify steps learning to improvement of existing practices with special attention to be paid to transferring lessons learned among Programme countries and Other Countries of the World and also involving in the process the final beneficiary – NEETs themselves.
18:00 – 19:00 Reflection Groups
10:00 – 13:30 Existing Practices from Cross-sectorial Point of View: Do Different Sectors Compete or Cooperate? The participants will present existing practices and receive feedback from the representatives of the sectors. The issue of cooperation among different sectors will be opened and participants will have an opportunity to identify the challenges and obstacles or on other side positive examples.
15:00 – 18:00 Cross-sectorial Cooperation in Question: How to Improve Cooperating Among Different Sectors? The participants will focus on improving the cross-sectorial cooperation. The needs and interests of each sector will be reviewed and discussion on cooperation will follow.
18:00 – 19:00 Reflection Groups
DAY 4    
10:00 – 15:00 Practices in Organizations, Institutions Related to Work with NEETs: Presentation Existing practices will be presented. Each presentation will close discussion with aim to support transferring these practices among participants countries.
16:00 – 18:00 Improving Existing Practices in Partner Countries The participants will work on improving existing practices in mix-national teams.
18:00 – 19:00 Mid-term Evaluation in form of Round Table The participants meet for mid-term evaluation. Each participant will have an opportunity to reflect on working process so far and suggest improvements.
10:00 – 13:30 Working on Recommendations. Creating Teams that will focus on different sectors with attention to be paid to youth, education and labour. The participants will start to work on the recommendations. One of the key final product of the seminar and the project. The participants will be divided in several working group and working on specific sectors. The work will be coordinated by the facilitators.
15:00 – 18:00 Drafting of Recommendations Continues. The participants continues to work on the recommendations.
Reflection Groups. Participants divided in several smaller groups are reflecting on the day and their learning achievements. Practicalities of the project can be discussed as well.
10:00 – 13:30 Presentation of the Recommendations. Discussions on the Ways of Disseminating of the Recommendations in Partner Countries. Creating Dissemination Plans. The created recommendations will be presented, reviewed and finalized. Once having the final set of recommendations the participants will work in national teams on identifying the best ways of disseminating them. The session will be close by presentation of dissemination plans for each country.
15:00 – 18:00 Final Evaluation of the Seminar Several evaluation activities will be implemented to gather feedback of the participants on various aspects of the project. The participants be asked to fill in final evaluation forms that will include various questions – reflecting on practical aspects of the project as accommodation, meals, on project activities. Besides written feedback the participants will have also an opportunity to comment on the seminar in final discussion.
